Rankin Exhibition aims to get us talking about death and grieving
Royal London Insurance Co. has partnered with the British portrait and fashion photographer Rankin to encourage more open conversations about death.
It’s inspired by the impact the global pandemic has had on mortality, and is a gentle nudge to us all to begin to break the taboo that death has, and to begin to talk about and prepare for dying. It mixes intimate stories from people such as Gloria Hunniford who talks about losing a child, to Rankin himself who talks about not knowing how to have the conversation. It mixes and lovely imagery and music to help us to start thinking about it in a way that we can begin to confront death a little more squarely.
